Steps:
1. Use this formula: y=a(x-h)^2+k
2. Pick a point
3. Plug in the numbers for h and k
4.Substitute it in to find a
5.When you find a plug it, h, and k in, and you have an equation to graph
Ex:y=2(x-1)^2+3
